Exchange 2010 Active Sync  Mobile devices are unable to connect to our internal lan. They can connet External OK

Hello

We have installed exchange 2010 on our network. We transitioning from Exchange 2003.

We have two issues:

First Problem

We have an issue with Mobile devices users  can connect to  the  mail server  when they using  our guest   wifi with an external route and dns . If they use the wifi  on our internal lan they can not connect to the mail server.

All uses on their computers can connect to OWA internal and external fine.

Second Problem

The option button in OWA is broken, when selecting option it tales you back to the Languge setup screen and  they get a messgage page not available.

Hi ,

I would suggest few tests.

1) Is this happening with all users or few of them. Lets  take 5 of them.

If users A is able to connect to internal network (owa+outlook) and not from outside over mobile phone.

1) what handset/mobile is it (as OS 6.1) is having issue, you need to remove the transactions logs daily

2) the authentication issue .. some companies have dedicated domain for exchange like @ mobilenntwk.com please make sure that  correct domain Is being used.

3) Port number... please check the port forwarding.

Please revert with above tests.

Hello

Sounds like a VLAN or routing issue on your internal LAN. Are all your ports open to allow this traffic? 443?
